All information submitted to Island Pup will be kept private. We do not sell or share personal information with any outside parties.
Payment Information
Island Pup accepts PayPal as well as all major credit cards including: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All credit card information is submitted with high levels of encryption on a SSL certified site to guarantee a safe shopping experience. We also accept personal checks. Personal Checks must clear before product ships.
Texas buyers please note: There will be a state sales tax of 8.25% added onto your purchase.
Shipping Information
We ship within the 50 United States ONLY! We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail. We make every effort to get all orders shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped to arrive within two weeks of the order date, Monday through Friday. We notify customers concerning out of stock items that may take longer than two weeks to ship. Custom collars and other personalized items may take three to four weeks for shipment.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange it at full purchase price minus shipping charges or get a refund minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Be sure to email us (stating the reason for return) and receive confirmation for a return. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt (we track all packages). Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We highly recommend using a carrier with insurance and/or tracking information as we our not responsible for any packages lost or damages in transit.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and can not honor exchanges for any item sent back to us after 7 days, a used item, or an item not in its original condition (ie. tags attached). We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused original condition.
Please measure your pet accurately as we will only accept one exchange per item.
All refunds are processed upon receipt of return.
Due to standard health regulations we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges of apparel, carriers, beds, blankets, doggie spa, or personalized items. Please measure your dog carefully!!!
Cancellations
Unfortunately, orders can not be cancelled once you have completed the checkout process. Due to our commitment to processing your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed, we immediately prepare your order for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Product Availability
In infrequent situations, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (ie. the item is damaged or defective). In such situations, we will notify you immediately via email that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
Wholesale
Island Pup is a retailer only. We do not sell any items wholesale at this time.
